Govt to develop bill on private investors’ access to Arctic shelf
MOSCOW, Aug 26 (PRIME) -- The Russian government will develop a bill to allow private investors to work on the Arctic shelf, Deputy Far East Development Minister Alexander Krutikov told reporters on Monday.
“A government meeting was held by two deputy prime ministers, Dmitry Kozak and Yury Trutnev, with participation of three federal ministers. A decision was made to prepare a bill that will expand access to the development to the Arctic shelf to private investors. We will prepare the relevant bill,” he said.
